Neltika is a brand of XANTICO CONSULTING, S.L..

This site presents the services of Neltika: design, build and integration of modules, automations and digital products.

It is informational and commercial in nature. No service is contracted through it, and there are no payments or user accounts. The information is not a binding offer: the terms of any engagement are set out in the signed proposal and contract.

3. Terms of use

Accessing and using the site grants the condition of user and implies acceptance of this legal notice. Users undertake to make lawful use of it and not to use the form for unlawful content, unsolicited advertising or impersonation.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The contents — text, design, code, brand and documentation — belong to XANTICO CONSULTING, S.L., unless stated otherwise. Ownership of software developed for clients is governed by each project's contract.

5. Liability

XANTICO CONSULTING, S.L. does not guarantee permanent availability of the site. Published timelines, prices and descriptions are indicative and non-binding until set out in a signed proposal.

6. Applicable law

This site is governed by applicable Spanish and European law, in particular the GDPR (EU 2016/679), the Spanish Data Protection Act (LO 3/2018) and the LSSICE (Law 34/2002).

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Madrid, unless a mandatory jurisdiction applies.
