Managed delivery for digital product
AI generates code. Neltika delivers products.
We design, build and integrate modules, automations and digital products ready to operate.
The problem
Building software with AI looks easy — until it has to become a real product.
Generating code keeps getting easier. Turning it into an integrated, deployed and maintainable product is still hard.
Defining scope, integrating with existing systems, deploying, verifying it works and maintaining it. A model does not do that: someone who takes ownership does.
The model
Managed delivery
Turnkey delivery evolved for digital product: a single accountable owner, from definition to production.
Full ownership
Neltika takes on the complete delivery of the module, without placing staff under the client's direction.
Verifiable scope
Deliverables, dependencies and acceptance criteria defined before development begins.
Early validation
The first functional, integrated versions are reviewed from early stages, not only at the end.
Why Neltika
It's not capacity. It's a delivery.
Tools
AI and no-code generate code or prototypes.
Integration, deployment and maintenance still depend on the client.
External capacity
Freelancers, staff augmentation and vendors provide profiles and execution.
Definition, coordination and accountability stay with the client.
Managed Delivery
Neltika takes on a complete module, from scope to production.
A single accountable delivery.
Defined scope · Verifiable milestones · Production · Handover
Other options provide tools or capacity.
Neltika takes on the delivery.
Managed delivery, step by step
Define
When scope needs to be pinned down, a Definition Sprint establishes requirements, acceptance criteria and a delivery plan.
Definition Sprint
1–2 weeksA need turned into an executable scope and an implementation proposal.
Deliver
Two construction modes depending on the product's starting point.
Product Module Delivery
A complete block within an existing product, integrated and production-ready.
MVP Delivery
From an idea or prototype to an operational, deployed product.
Continuity
Operation, support and evolution after go-live.
Product Care
Operational monitoring, maintenance and continuous evolution of the product.
Example applications
On this basis, Neltika takes on different kinds of modules, portals and automations.
Customer & Operations Portals
A scattered process turned into a turnkey operations portal, integrated and production-ready.
Document & Workflow Automation
The full flow, from document intake to the final action in the target systems.
Also integrations and APIs, operations backoffice, SaaS modules, reporting, subscriptions and embedded AI features.
We don't deliver an AI demo. We deliver the complete process, integrated and in production.
How we work
- 01
Initial alignment
The objective, context, dependencies and expected outcome are defined.
- 02
Executable scope
When scope is already defined, a proposal is prepared. If there is uncertainty, a Definition Sprint pins down requirements, acceptance criteria and a delivery plan.
- 03
Development and validation
The solution is built by milestones, with functional reviews and validation against the agreed criteria.
- 04
Go-live and continuity
Delivery, documentation and handover. Product Care can cover operation, support and later evolution.
The deliverable
Every project closes with:
- Product deployed and running in production
- Documented repository
- Configured environments
- Verified acceptance criteria
- Complete handover
Own projects
For blocked modules, processes still handled manually, or products that need to reach production.
Neltika delivers it working, with agreed scope and a defined commercial proposal. No in-house technical team or existing digital product required.
Describe the project →Client projects
The partner keeps the client relationship. Neltika takes on the delivery.
We execute the project under the partner's brand or in a joint model, with scope, milestones and accountability on our side.
Present a project →Frequently asked questions
- Does Neltika provide profiles to join existing teams?
- No. Neltika works under a managed delivery model: it takes on a complete module or product, with its own scope, coordination and delivery accountability. It does not operate as a staff augmentation service.
- When is a Definition Sprint necessary?
- Only when scope does not yet allow an execution proposal to be prepared. The Sprint defines requirements, dependencies, acceptance criteria and an implementation plan. If scope is already sufficiently defined, a direct proposal is presented.
- What kinds of projects don't fit this model?
- Out of scope: staffing, isolated dashboards with no associated operational process, native mobile development, BI platforms and full ERP replacements. The focus is on modules, products and automations with a clear functional perimeter.
