Terms of use
1. What they govern
The use of this website, owned by XANTICO CONSULTING, S.L.. They do not govern service provision: Neltika sells nothing through the site. Each project's terms — scope, milestones, acceptance, price, warranty and intellectual property — are set out in that project's proposal and contract.
2. Acceptable use
You undertake not to use the site for unlawful purposes, access non-public areas or overload it with automated requests. The form is for genuine commercial enquiries.
3. Published information
Services, timelines and price ranges are indicative and non-binding. A price is only firm when it appears in a proposal issued for a specific scope.
4. Use of artificial intelligence
Neltika uses AI as an internal accelerator. It is not the product sold, and its use does not change the accountability taken on. A project's specific terms are set out in its contract.
5. Liability
XANTICO CONSULTING, S.L. is not liable for damages arising from use of the information for purposes other than assessing a collaboration. A project's liability cap is agreed in its contract.
6. Governing law
Spanish law. Courts of Madrid, unless a mandatory jurisdiction applies.
