2. What data we process

Only what you provide in the form: company, role and email; the description of what you need to deliver; and the indicative timeline and budget, if given.

There are no user accounts, payments or access to your systems through the site. We do no profiling or automated decisions.

3. What we use it for

To reply, assess fit and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. We don't sell or share your data, or add you to any list without your asking.

4. Legal basis

Your consent on submitting the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and the legitimate interest in handling the enquiry you initiate (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

5. Processors

We use providers acting as processors, under a contract compliant with Art. 28 GDPR. Data is hosted in the EU; any transfer outside the EEA is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses. The specific list is published before the form goes live.

6. Retention

We keep the enquiry for the duration of the commercial relationship and, afterwards, for legally required periods. If no relationship arises, we delete it when it is no longer useful and, at most, within a year.

7. Third-party data

If you include other people's data, it is your responsibility to have informed them. Please don't send confidential information or unnecessary data through the form.

8. Your rights

You can exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@neltika.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
